- Title:
- Stephen Sapp - "Do You Preach as You Walk?" (May 28, 1978)
- Description:
-
Sermon start time: (Part 1) 22:48. Sermon end time: (Part 1) 47:50.
Drawing on the Old Testament and Gospel readings, this sermon presents the problem of Christian hypocrisy and suggests the answer lies not in watering down God's commands or giving up preaching altogether, but in learning to preach in both word and deed without a dichotomy between the two; it asks Christians to commit to sharing the words of God at all times in their lives and living out the words by compassionate action.
