Editoryal Michèle Montas sou sityasyon ankèt sou asasina Jean Dominique ak Jean-Claude Louissaint aprè jij enstriksyon Claudy Gassant pran egzil Ozetazini paske li t ap jwenn anpil menas lanmò poutèt li te prezide sou dosye Dominique. Montas bay yon dal egzanp enpas, delè, ak pwoblèm gouvènman an ak sistèm jidisye a ap fè nan kad ankèt la, pa egzanp lefèt ke yo p ap leve iminite palmantè Dany Toussaint, ak lanmò sispèk Panel Renelus la pandan li nan prizon.
Michèle Montas's editorial on the status of the investigation into the assassination of Jean Dominique and Jean-Claude Louissaint after Judge Claudy Gassant goes into exile in the US after receiving death threats for presiding over the Dominique case. She gives a litany of the impasses, delays, and discrepancies of the government and the judicial system in the Jean Dominique case, including the refusal to revoke Dany Toussaint's parliamentary immunity and the suspicious lynching death of suspect Panel Rénélus in prison. She demands, as have the AJH and others, that justice be served, that a competent judge be found to replace Gassant, and that the case not start over at square one.
