  • Evans "Dady" Lescouflair, Secretary of State for Youth, Sports and Civil Action, discusses the neighborhood committees his office has organized, in which young people clean up poor neighborhoods. According to Lescouflair, this kind of work not only improves the neighborhoods and creates community solidarity, but it also creates a climate of safety among residents of these neighborhoods. The neighborhood committees program also involves local cultural and sports activities, including street soccer and competitions between neighborhoods. Lescouflair also discusses the challenges of rehabilitating the Stade Sylvio Cator. As a member of OPL, he explains his political position vis-à-vis Lavalas.
