	when they are taking us to the shower	0:18
	and things like that, they touch our private parts.	0:21
	Also they could just search us without doing so.	0:26
	And then when don't do that they shout	0:30
	and they bang the doors.	0:33
	And then one time actually, when they were giving breakfast	0:36
	it's supposed to give the plate with the food.	0:41
	The guard gave him empty plate.	0:45
	There's nothing just empty plate.	0:48
	And he said, "Where's my food?"	0:51
	And the guard says, "This is for you. This is your food."	0:53
	So he just took the plate,	0:58
	this empty plate there's nothing on it.	1:00
	No plastic utensils or no food, nothing just empty plate.	1:02
	And he just sat there patiently didn't have his breakfast.	1:07
	Everybody else was eating and he just sat there.	1:10
	And then after, when they came back to pick up the trash,	1:13
	he gives the plate back and the guard says,	1:18
	"Where's the spoon?"	1:22
	"Well, you didn't give me spoon,	1:24
	you just give me the plate."	1:25
	He says "No, I gave you the spoon. Give the spoon back."	1:26
	And he says, "I don't have the spoon,	1:30
	you didn't give me a spoon."	1:31
	And he wanted to search the cell and he didn't let him.	1:32
	He says, "I'm not going to let you search	1:36
	because you didn't give me a spoon."	1:37
	And he called for the captain,	1:39
	the person in charge or the translator.	1:42
	He wanted to speak to them.	1:45
	And then finally, they came with the translator.	1:47
	It was an elder gentleman that was the incident	1:50
	was after I left, actually.	1:53
	So the elder gentleman came in	1:55
	and the translator tried to talk him into let them search.	1:56
	And he kept saying, "No, he didn't,	2:00
	the guard didn't give me food.	2:02
	The guard didn't give me food and the spoon	2:04
	and now he's asking for spoon,	2:07
	he wants to search, I'm not going to let him."	2:09
	And the translator tried to talk him	2:11
	into letting them search.	2:14
	He says, "If you don't, then they're going to beat you up	2:15
	and they're going to be harsh on you.	2:18
	So please just come out so they can search your block."	2:20
	He said, "No, I'm not going to come out."	2:23
	And then they called all the 20-30 guards to come	2:25
	and forcefully get him up.	2:30
	So he says, "I'm not coming out."	2:31
	He was stubborn.	2:33
	He went on his bed and lied down there.	2:36
	He just lied on his bed.	2:39
	And the person who's not resisting the fight,	2:42
	or he's lying quietly on the bed,	2:45
	they came in and they sprayed him.	2:48
	They sprayed the block with the gas	2:51
	and then sprayed him and all that.	2:53
	And then he was getting nauseated with that.	2:56
	And then they sprayed some chemical	2:59
	on the top of like a dish towel.	3:01
	And then on the on the towel and put it on his face,	3:06
	rubbing on his face, putting on his mouth.	3:09
	And then, actually the 20, 30 guards,	3:12
	there was a psychologist.	3:16
	And then the person in charge and translator,	3:20
	everybody was there.	3:23
	And then they beat him up	3:26
	and they dragged him out of his cell block,	3:28
	and cut him up, undressed, took all his clothes off.	3:30
	He was only wearing underwear.	3:33
	And then he was trying to spit on the guards	3:37
	and he was trying to fight, but he's all shackled up.	3:39
	They tied him up.	3:42
	So many people around him and then he was just fighting.	3:43
	He says, "I tried to spit. It's not going to reach them.	3:47
	But I was fighting and spitting on people and stuff."	3:50
	And the psychiatrist says, "He's going crazy.	3:52
	He's mentally, he's not stable.	3:56
	So we need to put him in the mental block."	3:59
	The place that they keep all the people who's mentally,	4:03
	having mental problems.	4:07
	So they brought him to Delta, which is a mental,	4:09
	a place that they keep people with mental problems.	4:14
	And then when they brought him there	4:17
	he was absolutely naked.	4:20
	And they took all his clothes, underwear, everything off.	4:22
	There's no sheets, no towels in the cell block,	4:25
	just the isle mat.	4:27
	It's a thin piece of rubber mat.	4:29
	So he was trying to put that around his private parts.	4:32
	And then he was knocking the camera, asking them to come in,	4:39
	to give him some clothes,	4:45
	to give him underwear, he was cold.	4:47
	And they wouldn't give him clothes and he couldn't sleep.	4:49
	And then this Arab guy next to him,	4:52
	gave him an idea, taught him something.	4:57
	He says, "If you try to create the big problem	4:59
	then they will come and pay attention"	5:03
	because he was trying to call for the person in charge.	5:04
	He wanted to talk to somebody, but nobody would come in.	5:06
	They just left him there and nobody would come in	5:09
	and speak to him.	5:11
	Nobody would do anything.	5:12
	And then the Arab guys says,	5:13
	"If you try to kill yourself, you try to do something	5:15
	then they will come right away."	5:18
	So he found something that he can try to hang himself.	5:20
	So he put that up and he pretend like	5:24
	he was trying to hang himself.	5:27
	When they see that on camera, they showed up immediately.	5:30
	They came in right away and then they sprayed him again.	5:34
	And then they give him shot and he was sort of passed out.	5:39
