Jean Dominique entèvyouve Frè Francklin Armand, ki se manm kongregasyon Petits Frères et Petites Soeurs de l'Incarnation. Lòtrejou, Prezidan René Préval te mande Armand kreye yon seri lak kolinè nan depatman Nòdès la, paske li fè yon travay ki tèlman bèl avèk lak kolinè nan Pandyasou nan Plato Santral. Dominique ak Armand pale tou sou kolaborasyon Armand fè avèk lòt enstans nan Plato Santral la, pa egzanp Mouvman Peyizan Papay (MPP) a, sou pwojè skolarizasyon inivèsèl li lanse nan Plato Santral la, epi angajman Armand pran pou mete fen a eksklizyon peyizan d Ayiti yo. Dapre Armand, se peyizan yo ki pi ekilibre pami tout moun nan peyi a; tout aspè lavi peyizan se ekilib, soti nan lang kreyòl la (ekilib ant lang fransè a ak lang afriken yo), pase nan vodou (ekilib ant relijyon katolik ak relijyon afriken), rive nan plasaj (ekilib ant monogami ak poligami). Yo pale tou sou degradasyon moral Ayiti a, epi sou enpòtans pwodiksyon nasyonal agrikòl pou peyi a ka vanse.
Jean Dominique interviews Brother Francklin Armand of the Petits Frères et Petites Soeurs de l'Incarnation, who has recently been asked by President Préval's government to create catchment lakes in the Nord-Est department, following his success with catchment lakes in Pandiassou in the Central Plateau. They discuss Armand's collaborations with other entities in the Central Plateau, such as the Mouvman Peyizan Papay (MPP), the universal school initiative in the Central Plateau, and Armand's commitment to ending the historical exclusion of Haiti's rural farmers. According to Armand, Haiti's rural farmers are the most balanced people in the country; their lives are all about equilibrium, from Haitian Creole (a balance of French and West African languages) to Vodou (a balance of Catholicism and African religions) to plasaj (a balance between monogamy and polygamy). They discuss Haiti's moral degradation, and the importance of domestic agricultural production for the country to move forward.
