Pamphlet exposing in 18 points of the “Manifesto di Verona” . This was a programmatic plan for the government of the Italian Social Republic, which defined the political objectives of the Republican Fascist Party, born from the ashes of the National Fascist Party. It was approved by the fascist representatives November 14, 1943 during the Congress of Verona, a congress of the Fascist Republican Party, held in order to draw up a program plan for the government of the Italian Social Republic. This “Verona Manifest” can be defined as the founding act of the Italian Social Republic. The program points were never made into law by the Government of the Italian Social Republic and therefore were never formally implemented (with some exceptions).
