  • Pradel Henriquez, a representative of the Ministry of Culture, and Port-au-Prince mayor Yves Gaspard discuss preparations for Carnival, including the participation of the private sector, the role of municipal governments in planning, the choice of musical performers, and efforts underway to ensure the safety of attendees and protection of the monuments and public spaces of the Champ-de-Mars from the crowd. The Carnival route has not yet been finalized, but they are already selling spots. Hosted by Grégory Casimir.
