The reports detail "credits" and accounts read in court related to the "jail fees, clothing, dietary he[alth?]" of Charles. Multiple reports mention credits owed R.G. Patten, the jailer of Warren County, and S.S. Patten, the sheriff of Warren County. Three reports are dated May term 1864; the fourth is dated June 4, 1864.
