The families of the victims of the Carrefour-Feuilles massacre, in which the police killed eleven young people, reject the govenment's offer of 100,000 HTG per victim. They refuse to accept the damages because no legal documentation was presented with the money.
Les familles des victimes du massacre de Carrefour-Feuilles, lors duquel la police tua onze jeunes, rejettent l'offre de dédommagement de l'État à hauteur de 100 000 HTG par victime. Ils refusent de l'accepter parce qu'aucun document légal ne fut apporté avec l'argent.
