Wang Wenyu (b. 1941) is a resident of Diaoyutai Village, Yindian Town, Suizhou City, Hubei Province. He worked for railroad and dam construction as a teenager. In this interview, Wang recalls the hardships on the construction site and in his family during the Great Famine (or what he calls 'the transitional period').
王文玉(1941年生)是湖北省随州市殷店镇钓鱼台村村民, 十几岁就参加了铁路和水利修建工作。在这段口述中, 王老人回忆了大饥荒期间(或他口中的'生活过渡')工地上和家里艰难的情形。
