Plizyè doktè ki spesyalis nan domenn VIH/SIDA pale sou maladi a epi yo reponn kesyon oditè yo. Yo pale sou orijin maladi a (ak rimè sou orijin maladi a), kesyon stigmatizasyon, kesyon deni, manman ki ka pase tibebe yo maladi a san yo pa konnen, relasyon ant moun ki pòv ki pa ka achte bon manje ak maladi a, posibilite vaksen, medikaman ki koute twò chè pou pi fò ayisyen, ki moun ki gen plis risk pran maladi a, ak kesyon prevansyon. Viris kontinye ap vale teren an, sitou pami jèn yo, malgre tout kanpay sansibilizasyon. Yo pale sou difikilte Ministè Lasante jwenn pandan y ap eseye konbat SIDA nan yon peyi ki pa gen anpil resous. Timoun ki pèdi manman ak papa yo ak lòt paran yo espesyalman vilnerab, epi pa gen mwayen pou ede yo.
Several doctors specializing in HIV/AIDS discuss the disease and respond to listener questions. They talk about the origins of the disease (including rumors about its origins), stigma, denial, mother-to-child transmission, the interrelation between malnutrition and poverty and AIDS, the possibility of a vaccine, the unaffordability of medication, risk factors for the virus, and prevention. The virus continues to spread, particularly among young people, despite awareness campaigns. They discuss the difficult realities the Ministry of Health faces, trying to combat AIDS in a low-resource country. Children who lose their parents and families to AIDS are particularly vulnerable, and there are insufficient resources to support them.
