Sylvio Claude on the April 2, 1989 attempted coup d'état against Prosper Avril. He denounces the US government, which he describes as the enemy of the Haitian people, for helping keep Avril in power because it is in their own interests.
Sylvio Claude s'exprime au sujet de la tentative de coup d'État contre Prosper Avril, le 2 avril 1989. Il dénonce le gouvernement américain, qu'il décrit comme un ennemi du peuple haïtien, pour avoir aidé Avril à rester au pouvoir parce que cela sert leurs intérêts.
