Mouvman sa a, ke plizyè ONG ap òganize ansanm, gen ladan li dwa timoun pou jwenn bon jan edikasyon ak swen sante (sitou pou timoun ki fè VIH/SIDA), ak pou eksplwatasyon timoun kaba (sitou sistèm restavèk la). Mouvman an gen ladan l tou enpòtans tande timoun, trete yo avèk respè. Fòk diskriminasyon kont ti fi kaba tou, ansanm avèk vyolans kont timoun.
Stefanie Conrad of Plan International, Ralph Prophète, and James Dérisma discuss the launch of the Global Movement for Children in Haiti. The NGO-led movement encompasses children's rights to quality education and health (including protection for children with HIV/AIDS), and an end to children's exploitation (particularly the restavèk system). It also includes listening to children and treating them with respect. Discrimination against girls must also end, as should violence against children.
