One building kit of the Acme Dye Company, typical of the early 1900s and are designed to fit on the smallest layout and on big railroad empires. Overall size required is 7 1/2x6 inches. Paper label on lid of box reads: Korber models Hometown USA. Inside the box are: 2 1/2 instruction sheets, paper label, building frame wrapped in plastic, 4 separate parts, sealed brown envelope filled with other parts, and a Christmas card from Michael Johnson, 537 14th St, Elko, NV (702)738-1200.
