Ils appellent le peuple haïtien à encourager les « militaires patriotes » Patrick Beauchard, Pierre Michel Lubin, Pierre Cherubin et Joseph Medard qui, avec Salomon, ont participé à la tentative de coup d'État contre Prosper Avril après avoir participé au coup d'État du 17 septembre 1988 lors duquel Avril déposa Namphy. Pierre-Louis et Salomon dénoncent Avril et nomment plusieurs soldats macoutes qui ont pris part aux violences électorales du 29 novembre 1987 : Henry Robert Marc-Charles, Clovis Désinor, Claude Raymond, Alphonse Lahens et Jean-Claude Paul (qui était alors le commandant des Casernes Dessalines) sont parmi les noms cités. (00:14:58) Une femme nommée Olga Mondésir décrit les maltraitances subies aux mains d'officiers en civil au commissariat de Cité Soleil. Son frère fut arrêté. (00:17:20) Les journalistes de Radio Haïti cherchent plus d'information afin de confirmer l'incident de la veille à Cité Soleil lors duquel deux hommes furent tués sous les balles de la police et un autre, Mondésir, fut arrêté. (00:19:45) Les femmes des soldats arrêtés après la tentative de coup d'État contre Namphy sont venues à Radio Haïti pour expliquer que leurs maris étaient des patriotes qui luttaient contre les Macoutes, et sont maintenant détenus en prison.(00:23:48) La déclaration de l'ANOP à l'occasion du premier anniversaire du massacre du 29 novembre 1987. Ils déclarent que c'était un complot entre les Macoutes, l'Armée et les Américains. Ils appellent au « rache manyòk » des Macoutes pour que la démocratie puisse prendre son envol. Pierre-Louis and Salomon denounce Avril, and name several "Macoute" soldiers who participated in the November 29, 1987 electoral violence -- Henry Robert Marc-Charles, Clovis Désinor, Claude Raymond, Alphonse Lahens, Jean-Claude Paul (then the commander of the Casernes Dessalines) and others. (00:14:58) A woman named Olga Mondésir describes mistreatment at the hands of plainclothes officers at the police station in Cité Soleil. Her brother was arrested. (00:17:20) Radio Haiti journalist seeks information from the police to confirm the incident in Cité Soleil the previous day, in which two men were shot dead by police and the other, Mondésir, was arrested. (00:19:45) Wives of soldiers arrested after the attempted coup d'état against Namphy have come to Radio Haiti to proclaim that their husbands were fighting against the Macoutes, and that they participated patriotically in the September 17, 1988 coup, and are now languishing in prison. (00:23:48) ANOP's declaration on the first anniversary of the November 29, 1987 massacre. They say it was a plot among the Macoutes, the army, and the United States. They call for rache manyòk of the Macoutes, so that democracy can advance. (00:25:44) Report from Les Cayes, on the reaction to the third anniversary of the killing of the Twa Flè Lespwa in Gonaïves.
