Order of the court of Livingston County cancelling a bond for "seven hundred and fifty two 25/100 dollars being the purchase money for a Negro named John sold as a runaway slave by virtue by the order of the Livingston County Court", originally executed "on the 2nd day of March, 1863" by H. F. Dunn, R. S. Boyd, and A. J. Fleming. The bond was cancelled because "at the time of said sale [John was] laboring under an incurable disease of which he died". Signed by James W.
