Jean Dominique entèvyouve Minis Edikasyon Paul Antoine Bien-Aimé, sitou sou grèv sendika anseyan yo, negosyasyon ant Ministè a ak sendika yo, epi trèv ant divès enstans yo. Yo pale tou sou leta ki pa gen kapasite mete lekòl bòlèt sou kontwòl (fè regilasyon), epi sou dewoulman Plan Nasyonal Edikasyon an.
Jean Dominique interviews Minister of Education Paul Antoine Bien-Aimé, primarily about strikes by teachers' unions, negotiations between the Ministry and the unions, and truces between the different actors. They also discuss the state's inability to sufficiently regulate low-quality private schools (lekòl bòlèt) and the progress of the Plan National d'Éducation. According to Bien-Aimé, many people criticize the Lavalas government without recognizing some of its achievements (such as building schools, the school cantine program, distributing school supplies, and so on).
