Koze "kominis" la tounen yon pretèks pou demantle gwoupman yo. Dapre yon peyizan nan Latibonit, yo te rele moun "kamoken" pou yo te ka elimine yo pandan rejim Duvalier a. Jounen jodiya, yo rele yo "kominis." Chavannes Jean-Baptiste eksplike ki kalite pwopagann anti-kominis k ap blayi: yo di kominis ap vin pran tè w, kay w, jaden w, madanm ou, elatriye. Jis aprè Duvalier fin tonbe an fevriye 1986, te gen bri ki t ap kouri nan jounal entènasyonal ki te di gen geriya kominis fòme nan peyi Kiba ki t ap anvayi mòn nan sid peyi d Ayiti pou lite kont lame a. Rimè sa yo pa t vrè, men kote yo soti? Dapre Dominique, yo soti nan ansyen makout yo menm, ki t ap chèche defann prezans yo pou montre Etazini ke lenmi mityèl li a, ki se kominis yo, toujou la. Nan dezyèm pati emisyon an, J.J.
Jean Dominique hosts the third installment of Radio Haiti's examination of the phenomenon of anti-communism and its relationship with the Catholic Church. René Théodore of PUCH declared that disappeared Mission Alpha monitor Charlot Jacquelin was a member of PUCH, provoking the reaction of several other groups (including Mission Alpha) that deny Théodore's claim. Mission Alpha is a Catholic organization, and Dominique explores the relationship between these Catholic entities and politics. Accusations of "communism" have become a way to dismantle grassroots organizations. According to one farmer from the Artibonite, the Duvalier regime called people "kamoken" according to eliminate them, and today they call them "communists." But, he wonders, why are the self-proclaimed communists like René Théodore not targeted? Chavannes Jean-Baptiste describes the spread of anti-communist propaganda: claims that communists will take your land, home, your crops, your wife, your religion, and so on. Shortly after the fall of Duvalier in February 1986, rumors began to appear in the international press that communist guerrillas trained in Cuba were invading the mountains of the south of Haiti and staging an opposition to the army. These rumors were false, but where did they come from? According to Dominique, they came from former Macoutes themselves, who sought to justify their continued existence to the United States by showing that their shared enemy, communism, was still there. In the second part of the program, J.J. Dominique, Monique Lafontant, and Yanick Lahens discuss Jean-Claude Charles's MANHATTAN BLUES.
