Il décrit les divers problèmes qu’il a rencontré depuis son arrivée à la mairie, surtout le problème des déchets, et il parle de son plan de développement pour la ville. L’émission se termine avec Syto Cavé récitant son texte sur Port-au-Prince, « Antoine pral kay Duvèno ».
