Sylvain Jean, Vita Telcy, ak Ansy Vixamar pale sou repons Tèt Kole anfas kriz politik ak sosyal k ap boulvèse bil peyi a. Yo fè yon analiz pou idantifye koz striktirèl kriz la: sosyete a òganize pou yon ti gwoup biznisman ak grandon jwenn lavantaj. Menm si makout, chèf seksyon, ak lame pa egziste ankò, jounen jodiya gen KAZEK k ap fè peyizan yo sibi menm kalite represyon. Yo pale sou enpòtans brigad vijilans pou lite kont ensekirite. Yo dekri an patikilye desepsyon pwogram refòm agrè nan Nòdwès, kote kounye a grandon yo ap likide tè leta yo te sezi ilegalman, pou yo ka fè kòb. Pwodwi soti lòt bò dlo kontinye ap anvayi mache ayisyen an pou kraze pwodiksyon nasyonal. Tèt Kole pa anti-elektoral, men yo kwè ke plan aktyèl pou eleksyon yo se yon plan ki anti-nasyonalis kote se gwo pwisans etranje ki gen kontwòl (sitou Etazini, paske USAID ak IFES ap fè epi distribye kat elektoral yo). Se yon « plan lanmò » li ye, menm jan avèk plan destriksyon kochon kreyòl la.
Sylvain Jean, Vita Telcy, and Ansy Vixamar discuss Tèt Kole's response in the face of Haiti's political and social crisis. They have analyzed the structural roots of the crisis: society is set up to benefit a small minority of business owners and landowners. Though Macoutes, chefs de section, and the army no longer exist, there are now local authorities (CASECs) who repress peasant farmers in the same way. They speak of the need to form vigilance brigades in the face of insecurity. They describe in particular the disappointments of agrarian reform in the Nord-Ouest department, where powerful landowners are now liquidating the state-owned land they had illegally seized in order to make money. Foreign products continue to flood the Haitian market and threaten domestic production. Tèt Kole is not anti-elections, but they believe that the current plan for elections is anti-nationalist and controlled by foreign powers (in particular the United States, where USAID and IFES are making and distributing electoral cards). It is a "plan lanmò" (death plan), similar to the US's destruction of the Creole pig.
