Three page newspaper section with an ad for O'Connor's Saloon, "oysters fresh and fat at all hours," on the first page. The next two pages contain an "Address to the Colored Voters of Craven County" by the "Central Seymour and Blair Club of Craven County at Newbern." The address urges African Americans to "come forth from the union Leagues which now hold you bound both body and soul" and vote against the Radical ticket in the upcoming elections.
