Liliane Pierre-Paul fè yon repòtaj sou demisyon Alexandre Lerouge, yon depite endepandan ki reprezante Okap. Lerouge te anvi fòme yon komisyon pou mennen yon ankèt sou abi bwasero k ap koupe kann nan Dominikani konn sibi, men leta ayisyen deklare sa se foure bouch nan zafè lòt peyi. Plizyè kongo temwaye sou move trètman ak maspinaj yo konn sibi, pa egzanp yo pa ka tounen ann Ayiti lè yo vle. Abi sa yo se yon vyolasyon kontra prezidan dominiken Gúzman te siyen avèk gouvènman ayisyen, men jounal ofisyèl leta Le Matin ak anbasadè ayisyen nan Dominikani Fritz Cinéas demanti temwayaj kongo yo. Emisyon an gen ladan l temwayaj plizyè bwasewo. Aprè sa, Radyo Ayiti fè yon repòtaj sou rapatriman swasant-trèz botpipèl ayisyen ki kite Latòti pou zile Baamas, kote yo mete yo nan prizon epi yo maspinnen yo. Otorite baameyen yo voye yo tounen ann Ayiti, kote yo vin aprann plizyè ladan yo te pwatrinè. Finalman, J.J. Dominique fè yon repòtaj sou ensifizans dlo nan plizyè katye popilè Pòtoprens, avèk anrejistreman Konpè Filo ak Michèle Montas fè sou teren nan Lakou Breya, Sou Dal, Mache Salomon, ak lòt katye. Pri dlo ap monte, epi ase souvan li pa pwòp, men popilasyon an oblije reziye yo paske yo pa gen lechwa.
Liliane Pierre-Paul reports on the resignation of Alexandre Lerouge, independent legislator from Cap-Haïtien. Lerouge wished to form a commission to investigate abuses of Haitian cane-cutters in the Dominican Republic, which the Haitian government claimed was interfering in another country's affairs. Several "kongo" cane-cutters describe the abuses they have endured, including not being permitted to return to Haiti. These abuses represent a violation of Dominican President Gúzman's accord with the Haitian government, but the Haitian government newspaper Le Matin and Haitian ambassador to the Dominican Republic Fritz Cinéas deny the abuses. Includes testimonials from cane-cutters. Radio Haiti then reports on the repatriation of seventy-three Haitian migrants who left La Tortue for the Bahamas, where they were imprisoned and mistreated. They were returned to Haiti, where several were found to be suffering from tuberculosis. Finally, J.J. Dominique reports on water shortages in several quartier populaires of Port-au-Prince, with field recordings by Konpè Filo and Michèle Montas in Lakou Breya, Sou Dal, Marché Salomon, and other neighborhoods. Water prices are rising, and the water is often of poor quality, but people have to use it anyway.
