  • Broadside by the Durham Building & Construction Trades Council & Durham Central Labor Union AFL-CIO asking "all union members and their families and the general public to cease doing business with Northgate Shopping center" since "construction contractors who do not meet the area standards established by the Building & Construction Trade Unions in this area" were awarded the contract for "approximately forty new stores and a parking deck at Northgate Shopping Center of Durham, N.C., with the exception of the Sears store."
