Jean Dominique entèvyouve Randolph Voyard, ki se prezidan Banque Haïtienne de Développement. Daprè Voyard, BHD a pral gen yon pi gwo kliyantèl pase lòt bank komèsyal an Ayiti. Modèl BHD a entegre koperativ ak antreprenè prive kòm aksyonè.
Jean Dominique interviews Randolph Voyard, the president of the Banque Haïtienne de Développement. According to Voyard, the BHD will have a much wider clientele than other commercial banks in Haiti. The BHD model integrates banking cooperatives and private entrepreneurs as shareholders. It distinguishes itself by offering housing credit. Voyard also discusses the economic potential of "discovery tourism" in Haiti (tourism that allows visitors to get to know local people and customs rather than luxurious accomodations), and an initiative to bottle spring water. Dominique asks Voyard if he isn't crazy.
