Mèt Dilia Lemaire, Senatè Samuel Madistin, ak Carl Henri Guiteau, ki se yon lidè nan sosyete sivil, pale sou estrikti, yerachi, ak pwoblèm sistèm jistis Ayiti a. Yo diskite wòl ak responsabilite tout kalite avoka, jij, ak tribinal, epi yo mete aksan sou blokaj k ap anpeche dosye Jean Dominique la dewoule (pa egzanp kesyon leve iminite palmantè). Pwoblèm k ap anpeche ankèt sou asasina Jean Dominique la fèt kòmsadwa, se pwoblèm ki karakterize sistèm lajistis la an jeneral, epi pwoblèm sa yo egziste depi lè djab te kaporal. Animasyon Pierre Emmanuel.
Animation Pierre Emmanuel.
Lawyer Dilia Lemaire, Senator Samuel Madistin, and civil society leader Carl Henri Guiteau discuss the structure, hierarchy, and problems of Haiti's justice system. They debate the roles and responsibilities of different lawyers, judges, and courts, and focus on the obstructions in the Jean Dominique case (including the question of parliamentary immunity). The problems of the Jean Dominique investigation are representative of the problems of the justice system writ large, and these problems have existed for a long time. Hosted by Pierre Emmanuel.
