Jean Dominique entèvyouve Ledu Anacacis ak Gasner Bonhomme, ki se de responsab GRET, ak Patrick Souffrance, ki se prezidan komite katye nan Site Letènèl-Nò, sou pwojè GRET-CAMEP pou bay dlo potab nan katye defavorize Pòtoprens pou yon ti pri derizwa. Yo pale sou wòl toulètwa enstans yo (GRET, CAMEP, ak komite katye yo), sou poukisa ONG tankou GRET dwe retire kò yo epi pase leta responsabilite pwojè a, sou yon pwogram mikwokredi, epi sou lòt koze ankò.
Discussion aussi d’un programme de microcrédit.
Jean Dominique interviews Ledu Anacacis and Gasner Bonhomme, two representatives of GRET, and Patrick Souffrance, the president of the neighborhood water committee in Cité l'Éternel-Nord, about the GRET-CAMEP program to provide potable water to Port-au-Prince's low-income neighborhoods at a low price. They discusss the roles of the three entities (GRET, CAMEP, and the neighborhood committees), the need for NGOs like GRET to step aside and pass the responsibility to the state, a microcredit program, and other subjects.
