Dominique compares the situation to that of the November 28, 1980 crackdown on the independent press.

La station avait fait une pause à cause des menaces des duvaliéristes et des macoutes à l'encontre des journalistes et particulièrement des radios indépendantes. Dominique compare cette situation à celle du 28 novembre 1980, lorsque que la presse indépendante fut brutalement réprimée.
