Description:
These stickers were distributed along with "B" gasoline ration books. "B" decals were provided for passenger cars and designated for a supplemental ration. Special registration was required for this status. Individuals had to show that they regularly carried three or more passengers in a ride-sharing plan, or that carrying three or more passengers was not possible and other means of transportation inadequate. Vehicles were required to display the appropriate decal.
