Collection consists of materials documenting the work of the WDBS Women's Radio Collective, including meeting minutes, programming and how-to guides, and materials aimed at addressing the needs of women in radio production.

Biographical / historical:

Celeste Wesson's career has focused on radio programming and production for community and public stations. As an undergraduate at Duke University, she worked at the campus radio station, WDBS. She participated in its Women's Radio Collective, which explored gender issues in radio broadcasting.

Acquisition information:
The Celeste Wesson papers were received by the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book Manuscript Library as a gift in 2016.
